The Racova Company is a corporation with entirely private capital, set up in 1991, part of the RACOVA GROUP, being specialized in hotel services and trade.

The infrastructure of the company encloses two hotels – one of three stars and one of two stars respectively – a tourist stopover in a natural environment and a supermarket.

The Racova Hotel, built in 1972 in a modern architectural style, currently classified as a three stars hotel, underwent a first basic renovation in 1998, followed by a vast modernizing action by a complex investment programme implemented in 2002 – both leading to an exponential change in the aspect of the hotel as well as in the degree of comfort enjoyed by those accommodated in it.

The refinement of the decoration, highlighted by the austere but friendly line as well as the exceptional facilities are, certainly, enough reason to justify the three stars displayed on the front sign of the hotel.

The Cantemir Hotel, in Husi, Vaslui County, currently classified as a two stars hotel, was built in 1985, underwent a major renovation in 1999 and is placed in a quiet location, without the noise of a crowded urban center, having the degree of comfort and the excellent facilities of a hotel of its class, but at the same time the privacy, warmth and elegance of one’s own home.

The Dobrina stopover, inaugurated in 1970, located on the European highway E 581, is placed in an exquisite natural environment and completes the tourism-based branch of the Racova Company.
