The products range can be divided into five distinct categories:
1. milling products – flour of the 480 type, flour of the 650 type, flour of the 1350 type, semolina, pearl wheat, wheat germs and bran (for animal and human use);
2. bread products – 37 sorts and specialities of bread of various gram-weight – white bread, whole grain bread, graham bread, sliced bread, seed bread, braided bread, ring bread;
3. pastry products – 20 pastry specialities – pies, croissants, patties, rolls, strudels, pastry for pies, puff pastry for cream pies, traditional Romanian cake;
4. confectionery products - made according to season and demand in two of the production units – cakes, tarts, Swiss rolls, mini-croissants, cookies, meringues etc.;
5. crackers and wafers – sorts with various flavours sold under the brand-names Andreea, Cipy and Max – glazed wafers, fruit-flavoured wafers, cocoa wafers, glazed crackers, cream crackers.
