AGROCOMPLEX / MOPAN Bread Factory
Bread and bread specialties are products intended for human consumption and it is only the strict observance of production rules, all through the technological process, that can guarantee the quality and safety of these products.
To this purpose, a new investment, the MOPAN BREAD FACTORY, was conceived, resulting from the need of performing its activity under conditions generated by the present dynamics of processes, technologies and bread sorts renewal. The nutritive value of bread specialties - and especially of bread – plays an important part in the daily food ratio. Our permanent preoccupation is the production of semi-white, wholegrain and graham flour specialties, resulting in products rich in fibres. Our aim is producing natural bread, without additives, with a view to improving the health of the consuming population.
THE MOPAN BREAD FACTORY was designed with a capacity of 15 tons / day, on a surface of about 1100 square meters, being equipped with 3 multi-hearth ovens and a rotating oven.
The factory’s building was divided in areas appropriate to performing the activity, having in view the European requirements concerning the quality and safety of food products, in order to provide a technology able to prevent products crossing and to ensure the cleaning of production equipments.
The flour storing unit is fitted with a two-section silo allowing for the automatic portioning of flour types in various ratios, according to production requirements, the result being high quality products.
The kneading is performed by modern intensive kneaders, with two speed steps.
Pre-leavening, leavening and baking are done in controlled atmosphere spaces. The parameters of technological processes (kneading, leavening, baking etc.) are permanently supervised by the measure and control devices, part of all the equipments.
The adequate hygene regulations are observed, as well, the products being thus protected against potential hazards and contamination sources which could make them inappropriate for human consumption.
The products are delivered in new, modern cars, meeting the hygene regulations for the transportation of food products.
The products are sold both in the factory’s own distribution units and by various other units selling food products, covering a significant area in the county. The supplying of the products is ensured all day long, as we try to promptly respond to the market’s requirements.
Our company wishes that the MOPAN BREAD FACTORY (an 1.500.000 Euro investment) should represent a landmark in the bread processing industry. Our aim is maintaining and consolidating our customers’ trust by diversifying and improving the quality of the products.
